Glad to see what you noted--but what you've noted is the "Exception" not the rule--on a side note, I just saw Samsung selling Galaxy 7.0 Refurbs...they need to get the fundamentals right.

@mpouraryan - You may be right that with some companies talking to a live person is very difficult, but other companies seem to be going the other direction. I've recently seen advertisements saying that you will never talk to a machine when you call them. My parents recently bought a Samsung Smart TV and I have to say their customer service is amazing.

What is unfortunate is how AI especially seems to be the "coin of the realm"--if one gets into any difficulty with a Google or a facebook, the opportunity to talk to a live person is next to nil these days.
